Lead time

All orders are scheduled to ship within a specified time frame from the date the order is processed in-house. At ManPans we manufacture most of the products we carry and lead times allows us the opportunity to build orders in the event of temporary shortages. Often, we ship ahead of maximum lead-time required, inventory permitting.

Transit time is not included and should be factored separately when calculating the expected date of arrival of selected products.

Backorders

ManPans will ship all backorders unless otherwise advised to cancel by customer.

When we make the best cookware you can find, we concentrate on what's really important in the kitchen - high performing pans that help created healthy, great tasting food.

Our exclusive manufacturing process leaves an occasional harmless streak, smudge or rack mark on the cookware and we don't overfinish them with unnecessary pretty coatings. We call these our "beauty marks" and they do not effect the performance of our pans.

Lifetime Warranty*

“My family’s good name stands behind the quality of every one of our products and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I will repair or replace any piece of ManPans cookware that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship for as long as you own it.”* 

Food sticking to the pan is not a covered by the Warranty. If through use and or abuse the coating fails to release after applying oil, you may return it for recoating for $12.95 plus shipping and handling cost.

* Under normal home use and following care & use instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are part of normal use.

ManPans and Lloyd Industries, Inc. warrants all products against defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace defective products, but will not be responsible for any consequential damages including any claim of lost profits.

Returns

No merchandise will be returned without prior authorization. All returned goods will be shipped at customer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returned goods. We assess this charge even on authorized returned goods if the return is not due to a ManPans or Lloyd Industries error.

Legal

This sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to its choice of law or conflict of principles. In the event of a dispute of any nature arising between ManPans, Lloyd Industries and customer, venue shall be proper in Spokane County, Washington Superior Court and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
